The City of Casa Grande City Council document center will make it easier to find documents and information on line. Here you'll find access to City documents, as well as Agendas and Minutes from recent and archived City Council meetings.

How to use the Council Document Center

1.Select Meetings on the top navigation bar
2. Select the meeting you are interested in viewing by clicking on the calendar to the left of the meeting
3. You may also use the search function to search all meetings if you have a particular agenda item you are researching
4. When you select a meeting you can view the agenda that is linked to all supporting documents or you can view the supporting documents individually
5. For every supporting document, you may click on the icon to open the file in a pdf reader.
6. When you are finished viewing the supporting document you may close the window to return to the agenda
